摘要
在离心球铁管球化率的超声无损检测中,由于管形铸件的形状特殊,在声路设置和声程确定方面存在很大困难。利用专门设计的探头架,采用横波声速测量方法,克服了管壁厚度对声速检测的影响。测试得到的离心球铁管横波声速与球化率呈线性关系,满足理论分析结果。
