摘要
钻具工件的在役状态监测是钻井工业关注的问题。对钻具在役状态的检测、监测以及寿命预测是保障石油工业钻采顺利进行的首要条件。提出了用磁记忆的方法来检测钻具的在役状态。试验设计了钻具试样检测装置和检测方法,截取钻具试样进行拉伸和破坏试验,在试验过程中检测磁记忆信号的特征。试验初步建立了磁记忆信号与钻具试样应力集中之间的关系。
It is well known that the status of the drilling tools is an important problem in the oil drilling industry. A new nondestructive testing method, metal magnetic memory(MMM) testing, was presented.
