摘要
为了提高3%C-Cu机械球磨复合粉末烧结坯的相对致密度,采用热挤压法制备了复合材料;研究了球磨时间、挤压温度和挤压比对挤压力和复合材料相对致密度的影响,并用扫描电镜分析了其显微组织。结果表明:延长球磨时间或降低挤压温度,均引起挤压力的增大;复合材料的相对致密度随挤压比的增大而增加,挤压比是影响相对致密度的主要因素;挤压比相同时,球磨3h粉末的烧结坯在750℃挤压所得复合材料的致密效果最好;复合材料中铜与石墨之间没有扩散。
