摘要
为查明某油田断裂的石油钻柱减震器花键体外筒的断裂原因,对其断口进行了宏观和微观分析,对断裂的花键体外筒材质进行了分析,对钻柱减震器的受力状态和主要结构进行了分析。结果表明:花键体外筒断裂属于早期疲劳破坏;断裂的原因主要是材料韧性不足、结构不合理导致应力集中。建议提高花键体外筒材料韧性,对花键体外筒断裂部位的结构进行改进。
Visual and microcosmic analyses on the fracture of absorber spline outer canister for oil drilling stem(spline outer canister for short) were performed.The material quality stress state and main configuration of the absorber were analyzed.It is indicated that the breakdown of the spline outer canister was fatigue fracture,and the cause of fracture was related to insufficient material toughness and inconsequential configuration with stress concentration.It is suggested that material toughness of spline outer...
