摘要
目的:对人血清促甲状腺素(TSH)功能敏感度的测定。方法:利用美国ABBOTT(雅培)公司的AXSYM和美国BECKMAN(贝克曼)公司的ACCESS全自动免疫系统,对14份不同浓度的血清标本连续测定10天,计算变异系数(CV)。通过统计学处理计算功能敏感度。结果:AXSYM系统与ACCESS系统功能敏感度分别为0.06 mIU/L和0.03 mIU/L。结论:功能敏感度由20%的批间变异系数得出,功能敏感度反映了临床的最低检出限度。
Objective: To measure the functional sensitivity of human serum TSH.Methods: Using entire automatic immune system AXSYM of American ABBOTT corporation and ACCESS of American BECKMAN corporation,measure the coefficient of variation of human serum specimen pools that covering the assay range in 14 different runs during 10 days.Compute the functional sensitivity by statistics processing.Results: The functional sensitivity of AXSYM system and ACCESS system respectively is 0.06 mIU/L and 0.03 mIU/L.Conclusion: T...
