多电极记录家兔脊髓电生理信号的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究利用插入式微电极对家兔脊髓电生理信号进行长时间稳定记录、采集的技术方法,初步分析描述电信号的特征。方法:以家兔作为实验对象,在其脊髓内插入多电极,利用神经信号处理系统采集记录中枢神经电信号,利用相关软件初步分析所记录的神经电信号。结果:可长时间采集记录到脊髓内复合型中枢神经电信号。结论:插入式电极在家兔脊髓能稳定记录到中枢神经电信号,为植入式微电极阵列在中枢系统特别是脊髓内的长期植入记录建立一定的实验基础。 Objective: To investigate the long-time recording technology of electrophysiological signals from spinal cord in rabbits.Methods: Microelectrodes were plugged in the spinal cord of rabbits.Then the electrophysiological signals were recorded by cerebus system.Results: The electrophysiological multi-signals were recorded in spinal cord successfully.Conclusion: The electrophysiological signals from spinal cord can be recorded stably,which provides the experimental technology for the recording with microelectro...
