摘要
采用添加表面活性剂的柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备钙钛矿型纳米氧化物La1SrMnO3。通过差热-热失重分析,确定了钙钛石型氧化物的焙烧制度。XRD分析表明,制备出的氧化物样品特征衍射峰明显,杂峰少,晶形完整,为纳米氧化物。氧电极的最佳工艺条件为:催化剂载体选用在600℃下(用N2保护)烧结2h后的活性炭,粘结剂选用60wt%PTFE的水分散液,催化层中PTFE的含量约在20wt%。在此条件下对催化剂进行了放电测试,当La1SrMnO3中=0.2时催化活性最高,电池可以在电流密度达到120mA/cm2以上时长时间放电。
Nanometer perovskite-type oxide La1 Sr MnO3 was prepared by lemon-acid sol-gel method accessing surface active ag- ent. The agglomeration system of perovskite-type oxide is confirmed by DTA-TG. X-ray diffraction verified the oxide materials have obvious characteristic diffraction peaks, less mixed peaks, perfect crystalline phase and nano-sized.
