摘要
介绍了ZL50C装载机无石棉盘式刹车片的研制过程及成品的各项性能,采用的是干法生产工艺。分析了摩擦材料高温衰退和高温磨损的产生机理。通过采用耐高温树脂、锡粉、三硫化二锑等材料,有效地解决了摩擦材料高温衰退和高温磨损等问题。
This article introduces the preparation of nonasbestos pad brake for ZL50C engineering machine and its properties. This product produces by dry technology. This article analyses the mechanism of friction coeffi cient fade and high wear at high temperature,and introduces some effective measures such as using resin,Sn and Sb2S3 to solve the problems of friction coeffi cient fade and high wear at high temperature.
