摘要
以聚乙烯醇缩甲醛和苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物为乳化剂,通过相反转方法直接微乳化生漆.研究了温度、乳化剂及水对微乳化过程中电导率的影响,温度越高,电导率越高,以电导率突跃至最大值为相反转点.生漆微乳液及其与FeCl3的螯合物可自干且是亚光涂料.FT-IR证实了生漆与FeCl3形成螯合聚合物,用TEM和SEM表征了微乳螯合物及其聚合物的形态结构.DSC和TG分析结果表明,螯合聚合物材料的玻璃化温度提高了25℃,但其最大热降解速率温度却下降,在高温时FeCl3对热降解有催化作用.
A stable microemulsion of Chinese lacquer(MECL) was prepared with a phase inversion by blending the polymer emulsions of polyvinyl formal(PVFM) and styrene-acrylate copolymer(SA).Effect of temperature,emulsion system and water content upon the electrical conductivity was studied.The higher the temperature was,the higher the conductivity was.The conductivity abrupt change of MECL was used to find the point of phase inversion.Both MECL and its FeCl3 chelate complex could be dried in air and used as a dulling ...
