摘要
PTA装置加氢反应器催化剂再生需进行不停车高温碱洗,对由此引起的不锈钢设备应力腐蚀破裂(SCC)原因作了讨论分析,并提出防护建议。
Catalyst regeneration of hydrogenating reactor in PTA unit must be alkali cleaned at high temperatcure with out stop.Causes of stress corrosion cracking in stainless steel equipment by alkali cleaning at high temperature is discussed.And protective recommendation is presented.
