摘要
在无溶剂的条件下,香豆素-3-甲酰氯与等当量的各种酚钠在室温下研磨可快速地得到香豆素-3-甲酸芳酯(1a~1k)。该法与传统的溶液法相比具有无有机溶剂污染,反应速度快,产率高和后处理简单等诸多优点。
when coumarin-3-formyl chloride and equivalent of various sodium phenolates were grinded together under solventless and room-temperature condition, coumarin-3-carboxylates would be yielded rapidly. This synthetic method had advantages of no organic solvent pollution, high reaction speed, high yield and simple aftertreatment procedure compared with traditional solution method.
