产前糖皮质激素多次应用对新生儿影响的研究现况
摘要
产前应用糖皮质激素预防早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征 (RDS)在临床上已广泛应用 ,提高了早产儿的生存质量。但产前重复应用糖皮质激素是否能进一步改善新生儿的结局 ,目前尚无定论。该文将近几年有关问题的研究现况综述如下。
