摘要
随着社会的不断进步,人们工作、生活的节奏加快,环境压力的增大,导致人体身心健康的疾病相对增加,各种工作症、职业病相应产生,心理疾病的比率增高.本文从太极拳运动机理出发,从太极拳运动对人体呼吸系统、消化系统、神经系统、心血管系统的影响四个方面论述了太极拳运动对于促进人体身心健康的作用.
