摘要
用图像处理技术定量分析NiFe合金薄膜中形成的微观空隙。用Otsu方法选取阈值对NiFe合金薄膜的微观显微图片进行二值化处理,并用收缩和膨胀方法去除图像噪音,通过分割、计算面积和过滤的方法获得清晰的薄膜微观空隙图像,定量分析金薄膜中的微观空隙。对用图像处理技术定量分析材料微观空隙进行了初步尝试。
Micro-voids formed in the NiFe alloy film are analyzed by using digital image processing.Based on Otsu s model,the binarization treatment of the digital image is carried out.Furthermore,the binarization image is optimized to filter the noise by shrinking and expanding method.The clear characteristic image of the micro-voids is obtained.The micro-voids in the NiFe alloy film are quantitatively analyzed by calculating the total area of the micro-voids.The digital image processing is useful to analyze the micr...
