二氧化硫及其衍生物对大鼠血管及血浆中前列环素和血栓素A_2的影响 被引量:2

Impact of Sulfur Dioxide and Derivatives on Prostacyclin and Thromboxane A_2 in the Plasma and Aorta Tissue of Rats

摘要 目的探讨二氧化硫(SO2)及其衍生物诱发大鼠血压下降的机制。方法采用放射免疫法测定不同剂量染毒大鼠血管组织及血浆中前列环素(PGI2)和血栓素A2(TXA2)的代谢产物6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α,简称6-Keto)和血栓素B2(TXB2)含量的变化。结果在血浆中,当SO2吸入浓度为14、28、56mg/m3时,与正常对照组比较,6-Keto含量显著降低,而TXB2含量显著升高,6-Keto/TXB2的比值呈减少的趋势,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。在离体血管中,与正常对照组比较,当SO2衍生物浓度为2和4mmol/L时,6-Keto含量显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),而8mmol/L组无显著升高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TXB2含量在SO2衍生物各浓度组均无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但6-Keto/TXB2比值在2和4mmol/L组均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);8mmol/L组无显著升高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论SO2及其衍生物可能通过引起PGI2、TXA2的代谢改变,部分调控血压的高低。 Objective To study the mechanism of rat blood pressure lowered by SO2 and SO2 derivatives.Methods 6-Keto-PGF1α and TXB2 were determined by radioimmunoassay in the plasma and aorta tissue of rats.Results The 6-Keto increased significantly in the isolated aortic rings in all exposure groups except 8 mmol/L group.No change of TXB2 was observed in the rings in all exposure groups.Meanwhile,6-Keto/TXB2 ratios increased significantly at 2 mmol/L and 4 mmol/L.Compared with the control group,6-Keto level decreased ...
