摘要
目的建立氧化型染发剂中邻苯二胺、对苯二胺、间苯二胺的气相色谱测定方法。方法样品经乙酸乙酯溶解,离心,萃取后的样液用毛细管柱气相色谱法进行定性和定量分析,并探讨了最佳条件。结果邻苯二胺、对苯二胺、间苯二胺的线性范围均为25~400μg/ml,其相关系数为0.9991~0.9999;方法最低检出限分别为3.1、3.6、3.4μg/ml;样品加标回收率为86.8%~104.3%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~4.6%(n=3)。结论该方法简单、快速,能有效萃取和分离氧化型染发剂中苯二胺化合物。
