摘要
基于电力市场阻塞管理技术,采取了综合调整网络架线及发电计划和安装潮流控制设备等措施,并计及网络剩余容量经济指标,建立了新的电力网络规划模型。在分析该模型特点的基础上,提出了对变量进行分类,使用并行粒子群算法(ParticleSwarmOptimization,PSO)对其进行求解的方法,该方法具有灵活性和可扩展性,适于解决多因素、多变量电网规划问题。算例表明,该模型可显著提高规划方案的经济性;并行PSO可有效地提高算法的计算速度和收敛性能。
