摘要 内燃机是一个热力系统与机械系统耦合的动力装置,传统建模方式往往局限于对各能域单独列写方程,通过中间变量联立求解;由于热动力分析的复杂性,建模受到了一定限制。为此,研究提出了基于键合图的内燃机建模方法,以统一方式建立了规则化的多能域并存系统模型。从功率变换与守恒的角度,分析了内燃机工作过程中机械功、热传递、质量迁移3种能量作用,建立了气缸C-场的热力键合图模型,以及曲柄连杆机构的机械平动与转动模型。通过分析全过程的键合图模型,导出了系统的状态方程。利用某型柴油机的结构参数进行了动力学仿真,验证了该方法的有效性。 Diesel engine is a power source by close coupling the thermodynamic and mechanical domains.Traditional modeling techniques usually focus on the single-domain systems.Equations of all energy domains must be connected by the intermediate variables.As a fact,the complexity of thermodynamic dynamics restricts the traditional modeling.In this paper,a new modeling methodology is proposed based on bond graph,which is ideally suitable for multi-energy domains.From the view of power transformation and conservation,t...
