摘要
为了能对气液两相流下的柴油机喷油系统进行数值模拟以便于对喷油系统喷油特性进行理论分析,建立了一种新的数学模型。该模型对喷射系统的不同部件分别进行了简化,将柱塞腔、出油阀室、喷油器储油室视为简单的容积腔,并忽略发生在它们内部的气穴现象;将高压油管视为一维直管道;用流量系数描述不同部件之间的连接;对喷油孔处出现的气穴现象进行了简化,将高压油管中出现气穴现象的区域视为临时控制体。编制了程序,通过试验验证了该模型的有效性。
A model was proposed to simulate the diesel injection system under oil-gas two-phase fluid conditions.The model makes the pump chamber,the delivery valve chamber and the injector chamber as the simplified control volumes while neglecting the cavitation phenomena inside them.Fuel pipe is handled as one-dimension straight duct,and the junctions between sub-parts are connected by discharge coefficients.This model simplified cavitation at injector nozzle and treated cavitation area at fuel pipe as temporary con...
