摘要
42V电源是未来新一代汽车电器更新换代面临的重大选择。采用42V大电压后,车用电磁继电器的各参数性能,如燃弧时间、熄弧间隙、闭合弹跳、触点侵蚀及熔焊倾向将发生重大变化。简要对比了42V和14V车用电源情况下在上述参数性能上的区别。该项研究对提高汽车用电设备总功率有着重要意义。
42 VDC power supply is the important selection for the future new generation of automotive electrical apparatus. When applying 42 VDC high voltage, every parameter performance, such as arcing duration, arc extinction gap, close bounce, contact erosion and welding trend will be materially changed. In the case of 42 VDC and 14 VDC automotive power supply, above parameter performances were compared briefly. The research has important sense for improving total power of automotive electrical apparatus.
