摘要
井楼油田稠油油藏埋深浅,稠度大,需进行蒸汽吞吐才能开采。由于长期注水、注汽开采,导致地层水十分活跃,井下动态干扰大,在钻进过程中经常发生溢流、井涌、气窜,影响固井质量。采用管外封隔器工艺与快凝早强膨胀水泥浆体系,并配合其他固井技术措施如用低密度水泥浆替代“清水”用作冲洗液、采用小排量进行替浆和优化固井设计相结合,有效地解决了井楼油田稠油浅井复杂井的固井质量差的难题。
Heavy oil had a high consistency and a shallow buried depth in Jinglou oilfield so that the steam huff and puff had to be deployed. Very active formation water as a result of water and steam injection for a long period led to heavily dynamic disturbing downhole.
