摘要
分析了河南省发展节地型住宅的紧迫性及其面临的问题,研究了发展节地型住宅的设计措施,并提出了发展节地型住宅的实施对策,以提高土地使用效率,缓解了土地资源严重紧张的局面,从而促进河南省城市化进程的可持续发展。
Urgency encountered in developing land-economizing residence in Henan province and problems it confronts are analyzed.Measures are proposed for design of land-economizing residence as well as countermeasures for implementation of this kind of houses in order to increase utilization ratio of land,release shortage crisis of land resources to realize sustainable development of urbanization process for Henan province.
