摘要
叙述了为提高电能利用率而达到节能的途径、措施及新技术的应用,指出提高电能利用率有利于缓解电力供应紧张的矛盾,还能促进资源节约型社会的建立。
Measures and the application of new technology in order to realize high-efficient utilization of electric energy are briefly introduced.Author points out that increase of utilization ratio of electric energy are beneficial to release shortage contradiction of power to promote the construction of resources-economizing society.
