摘要
阐述了治超对公路运输产生的直接影响,并对“治超”对公路交通量的影响及在道路交通量预测中如何考虑“治超”因素的影响进行了探讨,从而有助于进行准确的道路交通量预测,同时为道路建设项目的决策和实施提供了技术支撑。
This paper illustrates the direct influences of overload management on highway transport,and discusses the influences of overload management on highway traffic volume and how to consider its influences in road traffic volume forecast,in order to carry out accurate road traffic volume forecast and to offer technical support for decision-making and implement of road construction project.
