摘要
针对马斯洛需要层次论的基本观点、历史贡献与局限性进行评析,从管理科学和心理发展的角度提出了自己对该理论的认识,并在揭示其深刻内涵的基础上,联系管理工作实际,提出激励员工积极性的具体可行的途径与措施,对提高组织管理效能具有一定的理论指导和借鉴作用。
