摘要
以苯为碳源、二茂铁为催化剂在竖式炉中用流动法连续制备外径为40~100 nm、长度为50~1 000μm的碳纳米管;碳纳米管经过预处理后,采用化学镀工艺在表面均匀镀覆纳米钴-磷微粒并进行了热处理,用TEM、XRD、磁强计等方法对纳米钴-磷/碳纳米管进行了表征。结果表明:钴-磷微粒的粒径为15~40 nm,形成的是磷在钴晶粒中的置换固溶体,但晶体结构不完整;未经热处理的钴-磷/碳纳米管呈现很大的矫顽力,达到1.332×106A.m-1,经过400℃热处理后,有Co2P的新物相析出,其磁性能表现为矫顽力减小、磁化率增大。
Carbon nanotubes were prepared by catalytic decomposition of benzene using floating transition method with ferrocene as catalyst.
