摘要
采用AT89S52单片机为核心,外扩采样、显示、保护、通信等电路构与一个高性能转矩转速测试仪,用于测量电机的输出转矩、功率和转速。分析了转矩和转速测量原理,测试仪的转矩测量采用了能量转化法,转速测量采用测速范围较宽的M/T测速法。介绍了其硬件结构和软件设计。经过实验验证,所设计的测试仪不但提高了测量精度,而且简化了硬件结构,降低了成本;测试结果与实际相符。
