摘要
油田生产用的潜油电机具有细而长的特点,其弯曲和变形会导致电机效率下降甚至不能正常工作,因而电机定子内腔的测量和校直是电机制造和维修时的一道非常重要的工序。文中设计并实现了一套基于电涡流传感器的定子内腔测量装置,该装置进行了可维修性的可靠性设计,不需专业维修人员到场就可迅速排除故障。另外,还通过软件最大限度地提高了系统的测量精度。该装置投入使用以来,从没有因装置的原因耽误生产,从而证明了设计的有效性。
