摘要
静电衰减时间常数是定量描述材料静电性能的重要物理量。为全面评价材料的防静电能力,研制出以单片机为核心的多功能静电衰减时间测试仪。它能够模拟充电、电晕喷电、摩擦3种起电方式,接收部分采用直接感应式非接触式静电传感器测量被测材料表面的静电电位,并利用单片机本身的定时计数功能,配合C51单片机语言设计相应程序,测得精确的静电电荷衰减时间。
