摘要
采用化学吸光法检测原理,依据物质对光的选择吸收性质,通过化学反应使被检样水生成与硅酸根含量成比例的吸光物质,然后利用光电传感器将光源吸收前后强度差转换成电信号,经过A/D转换后,进入单片机读取并进行数据处理,实现了对水质硅酸根浓度的检测。系统测量精度高、功耗低、稳定性好,同时具有智能化处理和中英文操作的功能,并能通过4~20 mA标准电流和RS-485通信对测量结果进行远传。
