摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会是全面建设小康社会的需要,具有历史的必然性。构建社会主义和谐社会以三大社会效应为目标,其具体措施应从健全社会机制入手,建立顺畅的社会流动机制、合理的利益协调机制、安全的社会保障机制、有效的社会控制机制、敏感的社会预警机制等。
The construction of the harmonious society is the need of constructing a comfortably off society,which is inevitable historically. The goal of it is to establish three social effects and the concrete measures are as follows: establish smooth social flow system,rational profit coordinate mechanism,safe social guarantee system,effective social control system and sensitive social early warning system,etc.
