摘要
文章运用逻辑分析法和文献资料法对我国普通高等学校体育教师队伍构建进行分析,依据我国普通高等学校体育教师的本体功能和社会功能,以教师职业化为内容,力求从整体上反映我国普通高等学校体育教师队伍的构建,为高校体育教师队伍构建提供评价指导.
By applying logic and literature,this article analyzes the development of PE teachers in tertiary schools.Based on the fundamental and social functions of PE teachers as stipulated by relevant regulations,considering the demand of PE teachers for professionalism,this evaluation system tries to reflect the development of PE teachers,and offers guidance for such a purpose.
