摘要
应用分光光度法建立了不分离同时测定饮料中柠檬黄和胭脂红色素含量的新方法.方法操作简便,精密度好,准确度高.对看得见菠萝汁饮料中柠檬黄、胭脂红色素的含量测定结果为:7.76×10-3 mg/mL,0.98×10-3mg/mL;相对标准偏差(RSD):0.26 4%,3.35%;检出限:2.83×10-6 mg/mL,4.30×10-6 mg/mL.饮料中的平均回收率为:90.26%、94.97%.
A method for directly measuring of Tartrazine and Ponceat 4R in beverage has been developed by using spectrophotometry.The results showed the contents of Tartrazine and Ponceat 4R in beverage are 0.00776mg/mL and 0.00098 mg/mL respectively,with relative standard deviations of 0.264% and 3.35%,and recovery rates of 90.26% and 94.97%.The method is simple,efficient,and accurate.with relatively smaller standard deviations.
