中国即将设立创业板市场,在此背景下,讨论创业板市场的做市商制度具有特殊意义。国内学者从不同角度论证中国的创业板市场是否应该引入做市商制度。应从做市商制度与社会主义市场经济的相容性这个独特视角来论证中国的创业板市场应该引入做市商制度。
GEM(Growth Enterprise Market) will soon be establisbed in China.Therefore it is especially significant to discuss the market-making system.Domestic scholars have illustratred the introduction of market-making system to GEM from different perspectives.The author holds the view that GEM in China shuld introduce market-making system with consideration to the compatibility of socialist market econmy.
