摘要
采用问卷调查与访谈等方法对高校体育教师教育价值取向进行研究。研究表明高校体育教师的教育价值取向总体倾向是积极向上,与社会期待是相符合的,重视社会责任、工作、公众利益、法律规范、感情和家庭的价值取向,高校体育教师的教育价值取向所形成的教育质量观、学生观、人才观及评价观对于指导教育实践有显著作用。
This paper studies the P.E.teachers value orientation in colleges and universities by means questionaire and survey.Findings show that those P.E.teachers value orientation are positive and in accordance with the social expectation.This value orientation,which stresses social responsibility,work,public benifit,law and regulation,feeling,and family,together with those teachers outlooks on educational quality,students,talents,and evaluation,plays an important role in the instruction of educational practice.
