摘要
根据通信企业与其供应商的合作关系,定义了三大类普遍的供应合同,它们分别针对不同的安全性和柔性的目的.在此基础上,将这些对单一零部件的采购合同进行组合,形成三个组合合同;运用Vensim软件,建立了供应链环境下采购管理的系统动力学仿真模型,并对模型的运行和模拟结果进行了分析.通过比较,最优组合合同能有效降低采购成本,对未来的不同预测会影响最优合同组合的选择.
According to the relationship with suppliers in a Telecom Company,three generic types of supplier contracts are defined and characterized,which accomplish varying degrees of security and flexibility.Based on these,three portfolios of these contracts are formed to secure a single part.Taking advantage of modeling platform Vensim,the model of the procurement management in the supply chain based on system dynamics is built and is simulated and analyzed quantitatively.By comparison,the best portfolio can reduce...
