摘要
分别合成了乙二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、四甘醇、聚乙二醇400和聚乙二醇600的二苯磺酸酯.用FTIR,1HNMR,UV-VIS光谱和TLC色谱等对产物进行了表征,并对产物进行了溶解性能及结晶分析;测试了反应物料配比、反应温度、时间以及滴加方式对产率的影响.结果表明,以苯磺酰氯为磺酰化试剂,吡啶为催化剂,氯仿为稀释剂,反应物料的摩尔比为甘醇∶苯磺酰氯∶吡啶=1∶2∶4,反应温度控制在8—10℃和16—18℃,反应进行8—10h基本完成,转化率在72%—81%.以吡啶为催化剂和溶剂,反应物的摩尔比为甘醇∶苯磺酰氯=1∶2,反应温度为8—10℃和16—18℃,反应进行6h基本完成,转化率为60%—69%.滴加方式对反应转化率无明显影响.
The dibenzensulfonats of ethylene-glycol and diethylene-glycol and triethylene-glycol and tetra-ethylene-glycol and PEG-400 and PEG-600 were synthesized respectively.The synthetic products were characterized by FTIR,1HNMR,UV-VIS and TLC.These products were characterized by dissolubility and crystal test too.The effect of the material proportion and reactive temperature and reactive time and the way of instillation on synthetic reaction was detected.The results showed that which was benzene sulfonyl chloride...
