摘要
通过工程现场实践和模拟实验,研究预应力锚杆的支护作用机理,探索"负荷压力带"支护理论和锚固预应力的内在关系。在锚固过程中分析影响锚固力的减少与损失的直接因素,采用试验的方法,总结和掌握胶泥固化体的理化性能、技术参数,为工程设计提供准确的数据,同时防止在设计使用过程中造成锚固失效。分析预应力锚杆锚固力的产生,衰减和损失的因素,提出设计锚杆应根据围岩应力大小,巷道开挖后具体不同的地质层面岩石情况。合理选择锚杆强度、材质、直径、长度、间排距、岩石钻孔直径大小和锚固深度。研究锚固失效与各参数的关系,提高支护安全系数,最大限度地减少锚固力损失,提高锚杆支护成功率,为优化支护工程设计,提供思路和方法。
Through the practice on site and simulation experiment, the author studied the mechanism of prestressed anchor-stick support and analyzed the direct factors effecting the decrease and loss of anchor reinforcement, putting forward that in designing anchor sticks, it is important to select reasonable intensity, quality, diameter, length and distance between each other of anchor-sticks, and the diameter and depth of holes drilled on rocks for anchors according to the different stress of surrounding rocks and different geological conditions in mining laneways.
