摘要
运用合理有效的体育手段,采用单盲试验法对被测试者进行了体育教育干预实验.实验结果表明,加强体育与健康教育对预防和戒除大学生网络成瘾具有有效性和持续性.
Based on a one-side-blind,intervention experiment of physical education is conducted through reasonable and effective use of sports means and ways.The results shows that it is feasible and effective to break away from internet addiction with the help of sports and health education.
