摘要
通过对3种剂型中成药中短小芽孢杆菌的存活数与辐照剂量关系的研究,建立了3种剂型中成药中短小芽孢杆菌的存活数与辐照剂量的数学模型,确定了3种剂型中成药中短小芽孢杆菌的D10值,并对影响辐照灭菌剂量的因素进行了讨论.结果表明:3种剂型中成药中短小芽孢杆菌对γ射线敏感性不同,小活络丸中短小芽孢杆菌对γ射线敏感性较高,鼻炎片中短小芽孢杆菌对γ射线敏感性次之,松刚益肝丹中短小芽孢杆菌对γ射线敏感性较低.
Based on studies on the relationship between the survival rate of B.pumilus and the doses of γ rays in three forms of the Chinese medicine,the mathematical models of the relationship between their survival rate and the doses of γ rays were established.Their D10 values were determined,and the factors effecting the radiation doses were discussed.Results showed that the γ rays sensitivity of B.pumilusto of the three Chinese medicines was the highest in XIAOHUOLUOWAN,the second was in BIYANPIAN,and the lowest w...
