摘要
介绍了电子政府采购在高校的作用,分析了电子竞价的特点和优势,针对高校电子政府采购的现状,提出了高校电子竞价采购系统的基本构架和优先建设电子竞价采购系统的策略.
This article introduced e-GP in university,analysed peculiarity and advantage of e-auctioning,the article also bringed forward basic framework and the strategy of building e-auctioning system by precedence according to actuality of e-gp in university.
