摘要
指出了我国证券公司存在传统投行业务收入所占比例较高、新兴投行业务收入所占比例较低的收入结构特点,使证券公司陷于低水平竞争,制约了新兴投行业务的发展.提出了新形势下的发展策略:提升研究实力,拓展新兴投行业务,诚信经营、树立品牌,逐渐成为兼顾传统与现代投行业务的综合性、创新类证券公司.
