摘要
采集寄主棉株的不同器官,饲喂一、二、三代亚洲玉米螟(Ostrinia furnacalis)的初孵幼虫,测定中棉所41、鲁棉研15、科棉1号3个转基因棉品种对幼虫存活综合指数的影响,并与对照品种泗棉3号进行比较,以明确转基因抗虫棉对亚洲玉米螟抗性的时空动态。结果表明:中棉所41、鲁棉研15、科棉1号饲喂亚洲玉米螟初孵幼虫与泗棉3号相比均表现出显著或极显著高的抗性,但在不同品种、不同代次、不同寄主器官和不同饲喂天数间存在着时空动态差异。经幼虫死亡率方差分析、幼虫校正死亡率比较和幼虫存活综合指数测定,其抗性时空动态的总体趋势:3个转基因棉品种的抗性由大到小依次为一代、二代、三代,中棉所41二代与一代抗性相近,三代抗性下降幅度大;鲁棉研15和科棉1号二代抗性递减速度较快,三代与二代抗性相近;中棉所41抗性略高于鲁棉研15,两者抗性明显高于科棉1号。
By feeding Ostrinia furnacalis with different organs of tested cotton,resistances of transgenic double-gene (Zhongmiansuo 41),Bt(Lumianyan 15 and Kemi 1)and Simian 3 were evaluated.The results indicated that three trans- genic gene cottons were more resistant to O.furnacalis than Simian 3,and their resistances varied with time,the generation of pest and organs of cotton.The results also showed that the resistance of Zhongmiansuo 41 was a little higher than that of Lumianyan 15 and the resistances of both we...
