摘要
考察了6种搅拌桨型式、转速和通气量对固含率、固体悬浮均匀度的影响,重点研究了气相对主体流场的影响.通过对3个取样孔固含率和固体悬浮均匀度的综合考虑选择了适合于下沉颗粒三相体系的搅拌桨型式.
The solid content and equality degree of suspending solid in a gas-liquid-solid three-phase system of low viscosity have been studied for different impeller speed and gas volumes velocity,by using six impellers.The influence of gas phase on main fluid field has been investigated specially.The feasible impellers for the gas-liquid-solid three-phase systems are selected by comparing different solid contents and equality degrees of suspending solid in 3 sarple spots.
