摘要
本文提出一种精确测量电力系统绝对正序相角和稳态频率的计算方法,首先利用DFT算法得到相对于1PPS-GPS的绝对正序相角,再从绝对相角可直接推算出稳态频率的偏移量Δf。该方法不仅可得到整个电力系统的绝对相角和高精度的频率测量,而且能减少或消除由于晶振误差和电子元器件不一致性造成的时钟误差。试验结果证实了该方法的正确性。
