摘要
文章在测出某重卡驾驶室质心的基础上,对重卡驾驶室悬置系统中前、后螺旋弹簧及减振器的参数进行改进。试验结果显示改进后驾驶室各点的偏频及振动加速度降低,平顺性提高;同时优化驾驶室后支撑横梁的尺寸链,改善其受力状态,提高其强度。
Based on the center of gravity of cab,this paper offers the improvement ways for helix spring and shock absorber of the heavy truck cab suspension.The test results show that the inherence frequency and vibration acceleration become smaller after improvement,and the cab becomes more comfortable.At the same time,the improvements optimize the dimension chain of the cab supporting traverse beam,the load state of the beam improved and the strength of beam increased.
