摘要
研制了一种采用反向结构,980nm激光二极管泵浦的掺铒超荧光光纤光源。仅使用长度为2.75m的高掺杂浓度的掺铒光纤作为增益介质,获得了输出功率高、光谱稳定的超荧光辐射。在波长1550nm处有23nm的ASE光谱平坦区。其最大输出光功率为8.6mW,输出功率稳定性为±0.02dB,阈值泵浦光功率为8.6mW,斜率效率达7.65%。
With the backwardsignal structure, a 980nm diode laser pumped erbiumdoped super fluorescent fiber source is developed, which has high output power and stable spectrum. A 23nm flatten ASE spectrum is obtained. The gain medium is merely a 2.75m long Er3+doped fiber with high erbiumdoped concentration. The measured maximum output power is 8.6mW with the power stability of 0.02dB, the threshold power of 8.6mW and the slope efficiency of 7.65%.
