摘要
利用长光程傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(open path fourier transform infrared,OP-FTIR)对炼油厂、油漆制造厂以及润滑油制造厂污染排放进行历时3至5天24小时连续监测,检测数据辅之气象资料以及生产操作记录和原料计量数据,经综合分析可溯源生产工艺设备、管线、阀门与连接管件、储罐(槽)以及排放管道的事故性泄漏点,提供给厂方有针对性地进行维修和改造,避免或减少生产过程中的物料流失,消除安全隐患及对大气的污染。
An Open Path Fourier Transform Infrared(OP-FTIR) spectroscopy was used in a refinery,a paint factory,and an acrylic factory for 24-hour continuous emission monitoring for 3 to 5 days.Combining OP-FTIR monitoring data with weather station data and information of materials used in each factory,air pollutant emission pattern can be calculated so OP-FTIR can accurately monitor accidental leaks in manufacturing processes.With this information,proper maintenance can be applied in the factory in order to avoid or ...
