对化学分析法、光谱分析法、电化学分析法、色谱分析法、质谱分析法和中子活化法测定食品中碘的方法现状及其发展方向进行评述,引用文献80篇。
A review on the recent progress and the future prospects of analytical methods for the determination of iodine,either present naturally or added artificially in foodstuffs,was presented,covering mainly the years from 1988 to 2007,including chemical analysis,molecular spectrometry,atomic spectrometry,electrochemical methods,chromatography,mass spectrometry and neutron activation methods(80 ref.cited).
