二维及彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺癌的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨甲状腺癌二维和彩色多普勒超声图像(CDF I)特点,提高早期诊断和鉴别诊断的准确性。方法:对经手术病理证实的32例甲状腺癌患者的术前超声结果进行回顾性分析。结果:本组32例病例中,单个肿块22例(68.7%),伴结节性甲状腺肿2例,低回声实性结节28例(87.5%),结节中检出有砂砾样钙化者20例(62.5%),血流成像显示Ⅲ型22例(6%),血流为高阻力型者(R I>0.7)19例(59%),淋巴结转移11例(34%)。结论:甲状腺癌二维声像图结合CDF I表现,将有助于提高甲状腺癌诊断的准确性。 Objective:To discoss the two-dimensionai and colol doppler ultrasonographic characteristics of thyroid carcinoma and improve the accuracy of early diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods:Preoperational ultrasonic characteristics of 32 patients with thyroid carcinoma which were confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In all patients,22 patients(68.7%) had single lump,2 with nodular goiter,28 patients(87.5%)lumps were low heterogeneous echo,20 patients(62.5%) had sandy calcification foci,22 patients(68.7%)showed Ⅲ pattern on color doppler flow imaging.Resistence index more than 0.7 was found in 19 patients(59.4%),metastatic cervically mphnodesin 11 patients(34.4%).Conclusion:The ultrasonographic characteristics of the tumor are helpful for diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.
